Dr. Joan Williamson

CEO & FOUNDER

Reverend Dr. Joan Williamson is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, a seasoned healthcare provider in South Florida, and the founder of Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC). With a doctorate in Family Practice, she mentors future nurse practitioners and has helped over 15,000 families through LWCCC. She recently launched Sisters Building & Supporting Sisters (SBSS) to empower women and promote holistic well-being. A passionate Christian, international preacher, and community advocate, Dr. Williamson’s life centers on healing, faith, and service—locally and globally.
Dr. Andrea Mattis

Dr. Andrea Mattis is a nurse-turned-entrepreneur, business owner, and self-proclaimed “girl boss.” After 26 years in nursing, she founded Hibiscus Palace Assisted Living in 2015, growing it from one South Florida location to four. As CFO of Living Well Community Care and President of Sisters Building & Supporting Sisters, Andrea is passionate about mentorship, community care, and empowering others financially. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2023 and balances business with family, real estate, and her next big venture—coffee.

Marie Bell-Dobson has dedicated her professional career to enhancing the well-being of others, driven by a deep compassion for people and a calling to make a meaningful difference in their lives. As President of Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC), she leads efforts to support youth, women, and the elderly. Inspired by her grandmother’s legacy. She is also the founder of Bell Batten Foundation. Marie’s mission blends compassion, leadership, and mentorship, leaving a lasting impact on lives and communities.
Tamara Hamilton

VICE PRESIDENT

Tamara Hamilton is a devoted wife, Christian, and board-certified Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in geriatric care. She serves as Vice President of Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC), CEO of Hamilton Health Consulting, and Nurse Administrator at Living Great Home Care Services. Tamara’s leadership empowers underserved communities through healthcare, education, and outreach. A CPR instructor and nurse consultant, she also mentors women toward purpose and growth. Her compassionate service and advocacy continue to uplift lives locally & globally.
Sasha Malcolm-Brown

Sasha Malcolm-Brown

Treasurer

Sasha-Gaye Malcolm-Brown is the Treasurer of Living Well Community Care Center and a Branch Operations Lead in the banking industry. Holding an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, she plans to further her studies in management, finance, and accounting. Passionate about making a difference, Sasha-Gaye uses her skills to support individuals and communities, helping to uplift and improve lives through purposeful service.

Secretary

Carla Senior is the Secretary of Living Well Community Care Center, a devoted mother, grandmother, and Christian. With over 14 years as CFO of her family business, she brings financial expertise and a passion for community impact. Starting as a volunteer, she became Secretary in 2023, helping drive LWCCC’s mission. Carla also enjoys singing in her church choir, traveling, and shopping—bringing joy and dedication to everything she does.

Derrick Williamson

A Dedicated Leader, Mentor, and Humanitarian

Reverend Derrick Williamson is a husband, father, grandfather, and committed leader devoted to mentoring men and strengthening communities. As Youth Counselor and International Men’s Director within his church, and Vice Partner in Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC), he empowers men with integrity and purpose. Also a nurse, Derrick combines spiritual guidance with compassionate healthcare. Working alongside his wife, Dr. Joan Williamson, he helps advance LWCCC’s mission, leaving a lasting impact through faith, service, and leadership.
Paulette Mowatt-Donaldson

Leader, National & International Missions

Paulette Mowatt is a seasoned community health worker, minister, and missionary leader with over 30 years of service. As Leader and Advisor of National and International Missions at Living Well Community Care Center, she has led more than 10 international missions and 20+ local charity projects since 2018. A devoted Christian, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Paulette’s life reflects her deep compassion and commitment to uplifting the underserved. Her leadership continues to inspire hope and deliver lasting impact across communities.

Christine Lewis is a distinguished social worker and founding member of Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC). With a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a passion for advocacy, Christine served as LWCCC President for three years, shaping its mission and leading efforts to support underserved communities. Now a Mentor and Assistant Community Advisory Board Member, she continues to promote holistic care, equity, and empowerment. Her unwavering commitment leaves a lasting impact on families and communities alike.
Marion Johnson

Marion Johnson

Medical Liason

Marion Johnson was born in St. Mary, Jamaica, and began her career as an English teacher. She relocated to the United States in 2000 to pursue new opportunities.

In the U.S., Marion became a registered nurse specializing in surgical care and mentoring new nurses.

For over 30 years, she has been actively involved in her church community, serving in various ministries and continuing her commitment to service.

Janet Bell is a nurse and community advocate dedicated to empowering women and young adults. As Community Liaison at LWCCC and founder of Bell Batten Foundation, she champions equitable healthcare in underserved areas.
