Reverend Dr. Joan Williamson is a distinguished leader, dedicated healthcare professional, and passionate advocate for community empowerment. She is a devoted wife, mother of four, and grandmother to five, embodying her roles with grace and dedication.

Dr. Williamson holds a doctorate degree in Family Practice and serves as a highly skilled healthcare provider in South Florida, where she delivers exceptional medical care to her community. In addition, she is a clinical adjunct preceptor for Florida Atlantic University and South University, mentoring and guiding aspiring nurse practitioners in the Family Nurse Practice concentration.

As the CEO and founder of Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC), a non-profit organization, Dr. Williamson has impacted countless lives both locally in Florida and internationally, particularly in Jamaica. Over the last three years, LWCCC has provided vital assistance to over 15,000 families and children, addressing health, wellness, and basic living needs. Her mission centers on promoting healthy living on Earth and preparing the soul for eternity.

In her role as a Family Practice Provider, Dr. Williamson works closely with women seeking guidance to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. Recognizing the need for a broader support network, she recently launched Sisters Building & Supporting Sisters (SBSS), an extension of LWCCC. This foundation emphasizes holistic well-being and women’s empowerment, fostering a network of support to help women achieve their ambitions and address their challenges collaboratively. Dr. Williamson’s guiding slogan, “Know Your Tribe,” reflects her vision of building meaningful connections among women to promote mutual growth, development, and success.

Beyond her professional and philanthropic efforts, Reverend Dr. Williamson is a devoted believer in the gospel of Jesus Christ. As an international preacher and teacher, she passionately shares her faith and serves wherever she is needed within her church. Reverend Derrick Williamson is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and dynamic leader with a passion for mentoring and uplifting others. As the husband of Dr. Joan Williamson, CEO and Founder of Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC), Derrick plays an integral role in supporting the vision and mission of the organization.

A minister of the church, Reverend Williamson serves as a Youth Counselor for Men and International Men’s Director within his church organization. His dedication to coaching, advising, and mentoring both young and older men spans all aspects of humanitarian work, ensuring that society is built upon men of integrity, dignity, and strong moral values. His leadership has had a profound impact on the lives of many, as he continuously works to inspire men to reach their full potential.

Beyond his ministry, Derrick is also a nurse, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to his community. His dual roles as a healthcare provider and spiritual leader enable him to support individuals not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually.

At LWCCC, Derrick works closely with all team members, offering his guidance, support, and leadership to further the organization’s outreach efforts. Secretary

Carla Senior serves as the Secretary of Living Well Community Care Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting communities and supporting those in need. A devoted mother of three and proud grandmother of one, Carla is also a committed Christian and the Chief Financial Officer of her family business.

With over 14 years of experience as a CFO, Carla brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy and operational excellence. Her professional background reflects her passion for driving growth and delivering meaningful results. Initially joining Living Well Community Care Center as a volunteer, Carla’s dedication and commitment led her to take on the role of Secretary in 2023. In this capacity, she actively supports initiatives that create a positive impact within the community.

Beyond her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Carla finds joy in singing with her church choir, exploring new destinations, and indulging in shopping adventures. Her vibrant spirit and dedication to making a difference continue to inspire those around her.

Treasurer

Sasha-Gaye Malcolm-Brown serves as the Treasurer of LWCCC and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration Management. She is committed to furthering her education with plans to pursue studies in General Management, Finance, and Accounting.

Currently, Sasha-Gaye works in the banking industry as a Branch Operations Lead, where she brings her expertise in organizational management and operations to her role.

Driven by a passion for making a positive impact, Sasha-Gaye is dedicated to empowering those in need. She strives to provide support and assistance to individuals, communities, and causes, helping to address areas of challenge and improve lives.

A Compassionate Missionary and Advocate for Community Care

Paulette Mowatt is a dedicated community health worker, minister, and missionary leader with over 30 years of experience serving local and international missions. As the Leader and Advisor of National and International Missions for Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC), Paulette has been a driving force behind the organization’s charitable initiatives, inspiring hope and change in the lives of countless individuals.

Since 2018, Paulette has spearheaded more than 10 international missions, in addition to leading over 20 local community charity projects throughout her career. Her passion and unwavering commitment to serving indigenous and underserved populations have made her a beacon of compassion and generosity. She is deeply devoted to giving back to society through her efforts of caring and sharing, always prioritizing the health and well-being of those in need.

Paulette’s work is not only a testament to her dedication to humanity but also an extension of her deep Christian faith. As a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she embodies the values of love, kindness, and selflessness. Her tireless efforts to serve others continue to inspire those around her to embrace the principles of compassion and service.

Christine Lewis is a distinguished social worker and a pivotal figure in the Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC). With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a passion for social justice, Christine has dedicated her career to ensuring that all individuals are represented and supported in their communities.

As an original member of LWCCC, Christine has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s mission and impact. Serving as President of LWCCC for three years, she has been deeply involved in every aspect of the organization’s endeavors, ensuring that its mission statement and goals align with its core values of compassion, inclusion, and service.

Christine’s leadership has driven efforts to support less fortunate communities by providing essential services such as food, clothing, and resources to enhance the well-being of families. Her dedication to holistic humanitarian efforts has fostered meaningful change, reflecting her unwavering commitment to the betterment of underserved populations.

In addition to her leadership roles, Christine serves as a member of the Mentor and Assistant Community Advisory Board at LWCCC, where she continues to passionately advocate for a holistic approach to community care. Registered Nurse Liaison

Marion Johnson was born in the parish of St. Mary, Jamaica. She began her career as an educator after completing her studies at Mico Teachers’ College, where she taught English Language and Literature for five years. During this time, she was blessed with a daughter. In 2000, Marion and her family relocated to the United States to pursue new opportunities.

Upon moving to the U.S., Marion transitioned into the field of nursing, where she built a successful career as a registered nurse. She specialized in surgical care, focusing on step-down post-surgical units. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Marion played a vital role in mentoring new nurses, sharing her knowledge and helping them navigate the profession with confidence.

For over 30 years, Marion has been an active and dedicated member of her church community. She serves in various capacities, including the usher department, women’s ministry, and hospitality team. Her passion for service and her commitment to making a difference continue to drive her involvement in this non-profit organization.

Community Liason

Janet Bell is a seasoned nurse, devoted mother, and proud grandmother who has dedicated her life to caring for others and uplifting her community. With a career rooted in compassion and service, she serves as the Community Liaison for the Living Well Community Care Center (LWCCC), where she advocates for young adults and women in need, playing a pivotal role in fostering support and empowerment within the nonprofit organization.

Janet is also the founder and CEO of the Make A Difference (MAD) Organization, a nonprofit focused on providing access to safe and equitable healthcare services in underserved neighborhoods. Her leadership and vision have brought transformative change to communities by addressing critical healthcare disparities and ensuring individuals receive the resources and care they need.

As a philanthropist, Janet has a profound passion for helping people and their families thrive. She has been instrumental in mentoring young adults and women, encouraging them to pursue their aspirations and build brighter futures. Her work extends beyond providing healthcare, as she actively fosters community development and advocates for the next generation of leaders.
